Innovative self-turning honey extractor with double pockets – designed to extract a large number of low frames on a small diameter.
Specifically developed for CH thick comb (wide comb) frames.

12-frame self-turning honey extractor with 180 W / 230 V motor drive, fully automatic control and a safety switch that automatically stops the motor when the lid is opened. The frame pockets in the extractor are double with a plate between them over which the honey drains. State-of-the-art engineering allowed us to develop an innovative extractor floor design.

The bottom of the drum is seamlessly welded and sloped toward the outlet. The stainless steel squeeze valve is welded at the lowest possible point to ensure all honey can drain from the extractor. All parts that come into contact with honey are made from food-grade materials. The lid is made of transparent acrylic. A special construction of the feet provides the extractor with stable support.

The frame pockets are made from vertical grille bars of appropriate density to prevent damage to the frames during extraction. They are connected by a special mechanism. The pocket design prevents honey from pooling inside the pockets during extraction, so the frames are dry after spinning.

Allows extraction of 12 frames up to a height of 17.7 cm and a top-bar length of 48 cm and is specifically adapted for CH frames. The cassette is additionally equipped with removable spacers to reduce the cassette depth, making it easier to insert and remove low frames.

The fully automatic control carries out the entire extraction process independently, allowing you to attend to other tasks in the meantime. Operation is simple via a membrane keypad. You can set and store up to 8 different programs. Each program can be configured with 8 different times, directions and speeds. Basic extraction programs are pre-set but can be changed, extended and re-saved at any time.

If 230 V mains power is not available, the converter allows the extractor to be powered from a 12 V battery/accumulator.
