16-frame self-reversing honey extractor with 750 W / 230 V motor drive, fully automatic control and an integrated safety lock that prevents the lid from being opened during operation. The frame pockets in the extractor are double-sided; a sheet between them directs the honey flow. The extractor has two stainless steel pinch valves. The valve is fitted at the lowest possible point so that all honey can drain from the extractor. All parts that come into contact with honey are made from food-grade materials. The lid is made of transparent acrylic.
The frame pockets are constructed from vertical grid bars of suitable density to prevent the frames from being damaged during extraction. They are linked by a special mechanism. The pockets prevent honey from pooling during extraction, so the frames are dry after spinning.
The extractor is detachable and can therefore be easily transported through an 80 cm door frame.
Fully automatic control allows the entire extraction process to run unattended so you can attend to other tasks in the meantime. Operation is simple via a membrane keypad and a two-line digital LCD display. You can set and save up to 8 different programs. Each program can be configured with up to 8 different times, directions and rotational speeds. Basic extraction programs are preset but can be modified, expanded and saved at any time.
