8-frame self-reversing honey extractor with 750 W / 230 V motor drive, fully automatic control and integrated safety device that automatically stops the motor when the lid is opened. State-of-the-art technology has allowed an innovative design of the extractor floor. The bottom of the drum is seamless welded. The extractor has two stainless steel pinch/drain valves (2''). The lower drain valve is fitted at the lowest possible point to ensure that all honey can flow out of the extractor. All parts of the extractor that come into contact with honey are made from food-grade materials. The lid is made of transparent acrylic.
The frame pockets are made from vertical grid bars of appropriate density so the frames are not damaged during extraction. They are connected to each other by a special mechanism. The pocket design prevents honey from pooling inside them during extraction, so the frames are dry after spinning. For an additional charge, pockets can be manufactured for frames up to 37 cm in height.
The extractor is detachable and can therefore be easily carried through an 80 cm wide door frame.
Allows extraction of 8 frames up to a height of 34 cm or 16 frames up to a height of 17 cm with a top bar length of 48 cm.
Fully automatic control allows the entire extraction process to run independently so you can attend to other tasks in the meantime. Operation is simple via a membrane keypad and a digital two-line LCD display. You can set and save up to 8 different programs. Each program can be configured with up to 8 different times, directions and rotation speeds. Basic extraction programs are pre-set but can be modified, extended and re-saved at any time.
