Description
Suitable for: Clarifying honey already during extraction; designed to be placed directly under the honey extractor.
Dimensions: 102 x 55 x 35 cm
The honey sump with its chambers is intended to clarify honey during extraction. Place the clarifying basin under the extractor: the honey first flows into the removable basin with a perforated bottom, where coarse particles are removed. It then passes through five chambers in sequence and reaches the final chamber, from which it can be pumped into the destination container using a pump with a 6/4" rotary valve. During the flow, wax and suspended solids rise to the surface, so the honey becomes progressively clearer in each subsequent chamber. The clarifying basin is covered with a plexiglass lid.
The base of the clarifying basin is equipped with a heating cable to accelerate the rising of wax residues. The temperature is conveniently regulated via a thermostat.
Optional equipment:
• Honey tap 6/4" with positioning nut, stainless steel (Art. No. 7739)
• Quick coupling with male thread 6/4" (Art. No. 7303)
• Quick coupling with hose connection 6/4" (Art. No. 7304)
• Suction hose 6/4", inner Ø 40 mm (Art. No. 7308)
• Pipe elbow for suction hose Ø 40 mm, stainless steel (Art. No. 7331)
• Pump control 230 V with UZ sensor (Art. No. 7373)
