Description
Suitable for: Clarifying honey during extraction — the clarifier tank is placed directly under the honey extractor so wax and suspended particles are removed step by step as the honey flows through.
The honey sump with its six chambers is designed to clarify honey already during extraction. Honey from the extractor first flows into the removable basin with a perforated bottom, which performs a coarse clarification. From this basin the honey flows through five further chambers into the final chamber, from which it is pumped into the receiving container using a pump with ball valve 6/4".
Wax particles in the honey rise to the surface as the honey passes through the chambers, so the honey becomes progressively cleaner in each subsequent chamber. The clarifier tank is covered with a plexiglass lid to ensure an extremely hygienic process.
Optional accessories:
- Bottom heating with heating cable and thermostat – in warmed tanks wax residues rise to the surface faster.
- Quick coupling with external thread 6/4" (Art. 7303).
- Quick coupling with hose connection 6/4" (Art. 7304).
- Suction hose 6/4", inner diameter Ø 40 mm (Art. 7308).
- Elbow for suction hose Ø 40 mm, stainless steel (Art. 7331).
- Pump control 230 V with UZ sensor (Art. 7373).
