Logar honey filler – an affordable semi-automatic honey filling system with an innovative drip-free filling valve.

Components:

• Filling system with weighing and control unit with color display, servo mechanism and power supply
• Drip-free filling valve for honey
• 50 kg filling tank with sloped bottom
• Three-position stainless steel jar rest (filling stand)

The filling unit is mounted on our 50 kg tank with a sloped bottom to ensure easier flow. A servo motor mounted on the outlet line controls the closing of the drip-free filling valve. The honey filler is designed for semi-automatic filling of honey or other viscous liquids.

Filling starts automatically when an empty jar is detected using the stored tare value. The fill weight is measured by an integrated electronic scale. Filled jars are counted by a counter. Fill volumes can be set between 30 g and 2,000 g. Operation is via a 2.8" color display and an extensive settings menu. The filling process is fully hygienic and simple; continuous supervision of the outlet valve is not necessary. Operators can close lids and apply labels while filling.
