Description
Suitable for: containers with Ø 24–39 cm; ideal for liquid honey.
The double honey strainer features a tall cylindrical fine mesh with a pronounced internal cone and a coarse mesh with a continuous sieve surface. An extendable support bracket allows it to fit containers with diameters from 24 to 39 cm.
The double honey strainer gives you a higher throughput while maintaining the same honey quality. Most beekeepers know the problem: the bucket is only half full and the lower fine sieve is clogged, so the honey risks overflowing.
Thanks to the new sieve design, this double honey strainer handles significantly more honey than conventional double strainers. The reinforced lower dome of the fine sieve is shaped like a half-ball pointing upward. This allows the honey to run off faster and more smoothly, while debris and wax particles slide to the sides and collect there.
Because the sides of the double honey strainer are also made from mesh fabric, this enlarged-design strainer—both in shape and working surface—lets much more honey pass before cleaning is necessary. The sieve is especially well suited for liquid honey.
Logar stands for high-quality beekeeping equipment in stainless steel. This double honey strainer combines a robust construction with an optimized sieve shape for faster flow and fewer cleaning interruptions — ideal for regular, efficient straining of liquid honey.
