Suitable for: honey extractors with a bottom Ø of 76 cm. This base heater is specially designed for installation on extractors with a 76 cm bottom diameter and makes multi-day extraction and cleaning easier by improving honey flow and reducing crystallization.

We can have the base heater professionally installed on our honey extractor already during the production phase.
The terminal box is mounted directly to the drum. The heating cable is installed under the extractor floor, insulated with insulating foam and protected by a stainless steel sheet. The supplied temperature sensor controls the temperature to prevent overheating.

We recommend installing a base heater, as it will be a great help during multi-day extraction and when cleaning the honey extractor. When you extract for many days, crystals form and the extractor can gradually become clogged — the crystallization problems are reduced. With a warmed base, honey flows out of the extractor more quickly and also passes through the sieves faster.
